Dr Jordan Tonakie is an outstanding professional, exceptionally kind, attentive, and genuinely interested. He takes a thorough approach to medical history, analyses all symptoms and concerns, and uses a comprehensive treatment approach. He explains everything in detail using simple, easy-to-understand language. If you’re looking for a doctor who is truly committed to helping you, who examines you with great attention to detail and shows genuine compassion, Dr Jordan Tonakie will leave a lasting impression. This is my second year visiting Kelvin Grove Medical Centre, and he is by far the best doctor I’ve seen here.

QUT health clinic is exceptional. I came in with a complicated podiatry problem, and they went above and beyond to help alleviate it. From being very friendly and polite to helping me for about an hour; working through different solutions and treatments. They simply excelled in every regard. Previously to visiting the clinic, I had visited another podiatrist who wanted to overcharge me (about $700) and I felt was quite rude but after coming to the clinic it was clear to see the world of difference and they ended up charging me $80 instead. I can’t overrate how good this clinic is.

I got to see Dr Maddy and she was lovely, very understandable, and helpful. I was nervous about seeing a new doctor but she helped me out and even gave me a discount as I was only there for a very short time. I am so glad I’m near such good doctors.

I have called asking a specific question regarding my medication and was told see the GP. I booked the appointment and the GP told me he cannot prescribe the medication, this should have been discussed during the phone call and not during the appointment. I wasted 2 hrs of my working day for nothing.
Now, I found out that I needed a GP referral so I will need to book another appointment and GP should have known this on first appointment and pointed me on the right direction.

Dr Goli is best. She is really nice and professional. Receptionists don’t seem to care much about patients, it feels like they’re just there to do their job.
