The Doctors are excellent I couldn’t say the same for Wendy the receptionist have had to deal with her 3 times and have been left disgruntled. Failed to cancel an appointment and had the cheek to charge me for it, failed to forward a referral to the relevant people, and gets stroppy when asked questions regarding appointments.
This has only happened in the past year which is a shame as I have been coming to
this practice for the past 16 years.
At a new practice now drive abit further but don’t get the sassiness from reception.

Sarah was very sweet . I loved her. She will do well with woman, when she can afford to go full time. Thank you Sarah, for reminding me of my repeat script that i wasn't even there for and completely forgot aboutI . That saved me a $90 plus fee just for a repeat script iv been on for around 15yrs.

After 50 min wait, rushed in and felt like I was taking far too much time. ( Sorry about those 8 minutes I was in the consult !)
Now I need to go back for the script that I am out of and find out about the new tablets that were discussed that have been prescribed as a pre filled pen!

QMSC is easily the best Drs clinic I've visited in Perth, and I have been to so many. Dr Hall is the kindest doctor I have had the good luck to meet. He is incredibly validating and goes abive and beyond to help me feel well. The receptionist Karin is also so lovely, she makes me feel like such a welcome and important patient, and her beautiful smile always lights up my mornings!
