If you are looking for an average self-catering option in Palmerston, then the Quest will do. It is located within walking distance to a shopping center for supplies. There are a number of restaurant options close by including one on site should you wish to eat out. The facilities are clean and functional. However, be sure to book a room with a fridge that has a deep freeze compartment if you are looking to use frozen meals. My room only had a bar fridge which mean I had to choose fresh food options for my stay. The gym has a few items in it, but is quite lack luster. I went up the road to a local gym that had the right equipment. I must admit, although there was free wifi, it was not secured at all and I did not trust it. I used my mobile hotspot during my stay. Some may feel this is not a big deal, but it did bug me. Staff were reasonably friendly and the secure onsite parking cost $10 a day. There is street parking if you want to risk it.

Lovely check in by a sweet Asian lady and was so very pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to an expansive 2-bedroom apartment instead of the 1 we paid for. There was a really warm, hospitable and super friendly gentleman (not sure of his name, he is Indian and I believe has a name beginning with M... accept my apologies please!), he was extremely quick to help both at the carpark when we checked in and with our lift at check out. These are marks of great hospitality and creates moments which make returning a must. The kitchen was unbelievably well set up, and the washing machine and dryer was the best part for us as it was the end of our Top End trip. Thank You Quest, you far exceeded all expectations!! WHY on earth would anyone stay in a hotel room?!

Very happy with apartment in Quest Palmerston. On our motorbike trip we stayed for five nights. Very clean, daily service, provided with all necessities, even washing and dishwashing powder was included. Staff friendly and helpful.
We were staying in renovated apartment, new carpet, freshly painted walls, bed was very comfortable and nice, not to big pillows, just as we like it.
BTW, we had birds show every evening and morning. Just lovely experience.

Enjoy staying at Quest, as it’s close to where I need to go, good price , quiet, clean and great service. Enjoyed the pool this time , very nice and clean . Not many people there at the time I used it so it was perfect for me

Nicely designed with fully equipped kitchen. Secure parking at $10 a night. Great view and reasonably priced

Room and service was great, location is good. The only recommendation I would is to be able to connect my phone to the TV so I can use Netflix, Kayo Etc. on the TV

In apt washer and dryer did not work, old TV . Hotel security good but only if you pay for garage parking. Palmerston crime very high, so did not feel safe going out alone.
