The rooms are modern, spotless, and equipped with everything you need. The staff are friendly, approachable, and truly knowledgeable about the local dining spots and attractions—they really seem to care about enhancing the guest experience. The location is great, with a supermarket, bottle shop, and several eateries nearby, including an excellent Italian restaurant next door that offers room service. Highly recommend it, and I'd definitely stay here again.

Very impressed with this property. Friendly welcome, our room was well appointed, very clean and modern. Beds were excellent and very comfortable. Great location, safe, and easy access to expressway. Excellent value for money.

Quest Mawson Lakes gave us an excellent family experience during our weeklong stay. Every staff member (from front office staff to house keeping staff) were very courteous and always been very helpful to make our stay to be a comfortable one. The room and the facilities were very clean & organised. The location was great with quite a few eateries and a grocery supermarket at a walking distance.

Enjoyed our stay at Quest Mawson Lakes. The staff were lovely and very accomodating (thank you for the early check-in), communication prior to stay was excellent, and the accomodation was comfortable and clean. Good place for a family to stay. Located in a handy location in Mawson Lakes close to restaurants and shops. Would stay again.

We booked here as a group and stayed across several apartments. The apartments themselves were very well appointed, clean, comfortable and surprisingly spacious. The beds were most comfortable. Apartments were serviced daily. The reception and housekeeping staff were most courteous. The only two things that let this place down was the substandard washing machine and we couldn't make full use of the BBQ terrace due to the mosquito problem. The latter obviously wasn't Quest's fault. Location-wise it was within easy walking distance to what Mawson Lakes has to offer and served as a good base for what we needed. The parking system was also good and uncomplicated.

It was nice, specially communication was clear. I was contacted by staff member and given clear direction about my on arrival and parking facility. Nice room and open spaces for my 6 years old son. Staff member also provided adequate linin and room service was done alternative days No complain.

Business trip end well. Hotel is relaxing and nearby food area is great. Easy to locate from airport to hotel. Not far from my work site.

A hotel let down by the building it’s in
Rooms good sized, beds comfy, staff exceptional at all times, strongly recommend staying here for the area and these things by itself
But a small squished parking lot you struggle to drive in and enter in unless you’re in a small hatchback, the gym aircon is broken, the windows seals need repair and the bogans outside revving their moron-mobiles until past midnight let it down….none of which are the hotels fault
Hence? Stay here, it’s actually nice and a relative bargain
