I started Sharons strength classes just before Christmas and have enjoyed every single class. The price is really inexpensive for the very personalised support you receive. The gym is equipped with everything you could need and Sharon makes sure the classes are varied and give a whole body workout. Could not recommend more highly.

I highly recommend QUEST FITNESS to all. I have been to a lot of gyms but did not feel comfortable.
This place is like a happy family, all are friendly understanding and fun to workout with.
Sharon is a fantastic trainer, her knowledge shows as she has the ability to work with all ages, and her expertise to modify/adjust exercises if you have any injuries.
Sharon knows how to minimise the pain and exercises to strengthen the painful muscle. This boutique style gym has cardio fitness, body composition, pilates and the personal training l do, l find that she really gives her all with what you require. Highly recommend to all!

I was very impressed by the Quest Fitness '9 Day Liver Cleanse'. Sharon was amazing - She ran me through the cleanse guide page by page and showed me how to make the 'Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie' and morning celery juice. Though the regime was strict (In comparison to our heavily processed western diet), I never once felt hungry. It was a hearty, substantial and flexible meal plan that has since left me with sustainable day-to-day practices.

I feel amazing! I noticed a significant reduction in my hormonal adult acne whilst also managing to drop 4kgs! Would 100% recommend to anyone wanting to feel like the best version of themselves.

Sharon's classes are great. I was at a very low fitness level when I started and Sharon has helped me get back to being fit. The small class size means you get the attention you need. It's a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and the pricing is very reasonable.

This is a great boutique style fitness centre. I have participated in both one to one personal training as well as some of the classes.
It has a nice community feel and it is always welcoming for people at all levels.
