Very disappointed with the service provided today, would not recommend attending. Unfortunately sunnybank is one of the limited practices with peadriatic ultrasound equipment, which gives you the impression they see many babies/ children

The ultrasound technitions were rude, short and not helpful. Yes my daughter was crying because she is 14 months old. To be expected, but was not expected was the tone of voice, the lack of connection or direction from the technician and being interrupted after 4 minutes of being in the room because the second technician wanted the room and said Finish up.

$250 for 4 minutes of unprofessional, rude and blunt interaction. ( I arrived 20 minutes early as directed by Qld X-ray for them to run late and rush us out, we paid for our allocated diagnostic ultrasound, we should of been given the whole allocated time, which I believe would be longer than 4 minutes!)

Not to mention after leaving the room the technition saying to my baby “ oh you are fine now, that was all a big act”

I was given no space to ask questions, no opportunity to calm my child, and when walking back to reception after being rushed out to my on time appointment the technition yelling over my shoulder for the next patient.

We went there this noon for my 12 weeks ultrasound scan. The radiologist was really professional, she explained to us a lot, she is very kind and patient. We were so happy and very touched, very first time to see our baby.

The whole experience of having a C/T Scan done at Queensland X-Ray , Sunnybank Private Hospital was outstanding! The staff were all friendly, professional, skilled, and efficient. From the scheduling of the appointment, through the getting in for the scan, the scan itself, and the receipt of results, all were very quickly completed.
Bravo to staff and management!!!
