My son needed an ultrasound today and our tech was lovely. She was so patient and thorough in his exam, I wish I remembered her name. My kiddos always receive excellent care when they need a check. Thank you!

QLD X-ray cancelled my newborns appointment cause they sent a confirmation text to the wrong number. Called on the day to confirm the time and let them know I was 25 minutes away arriving just after 11am and they said it was fine to come in and they will squeeze us in as they had a no show and another patient came early. Only to find out when we got there they won’t take us in cause they are fully booked (mind you there was only 4 people in the waiting room) all after we had already taken our newborn baby out of the car in the scorching sun and heat and drove all the way to greenslopes. Absolutely pathetic and ladies at the desk were not helpful at all, nor friendly. If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would.

Emma is beyond brilliant!! She is kind, caring and compassionate - the best ultrasound experience I've had 🙂 Emma takes the time to explain everything you are seeing throughout the scan, which is very comforting. She creates a safe and comfortable space, really couldn't recommend her enough 🌻

The experiences I had with one of the sonographers, I wish I knew her name. I'll find out. It was 9 am; is it too early for her? So she's so selfish? It's about a few weeks ago; she so does not care and just wants everything quick. I asked her questions; she said, "Did you have a look? It looks normal; you see yourself." And without smile at all. How dare a sonographer say those nasty things? She had no empathy, no care; she's the one I will not be seeing anymore. I still remember her face; I can show you. Qld X-ray I think you guys need to train her more, or I wouldn't say bad things. The lady like her doesn't deserve to work with a big name like Qld Xray. Sorry guys, I feel so disappointed with her.

Telling a 5'2" person to drink a litre of water and not pass it before a scan, then being more than an hour late to provide said scan, is pretty poor. You would think that people risking their kidneys or a UTI might be given priority but things are running late....

The experience I had with one of the sonographers at this clinic was horrible - she was patronising, condescending & spoke to me like I was a piece of dirt. She had no empathy, no care & I felt like a total inconvenience to her. She is in the wrong profession - god forbid she ever has to deal with conditions outside the norm - she is NOT someone I’d ever like to see again. My husband & I left feeling deflated & frustrated. What happened to patient care?

Emma is amazing! Best scan I’ve ever had and I’ve had a lot of them thanks to IVF and four babies. She is kind and friendly, takes the time to explain everything you’re seeing on screen without making you feel uneasy or like an idiot. Also she has gotten great images for my doctors where even I could identify clearly the anatomy being observed. I cannot recommend Emma highly enough, especially if you’re having specialist gynecology or obstetric scanning.
