Great service, radiologist was thorough with his explanation of the procedure.
Hospital parking cost is a rip-off. Free parking could easily be provided with simply scanning the referral or verification of ID.

I have had a series of visits to QLDXRAY to review and follow up series of musculoskeletal conditions mainly and other related organs condition with X-rays US and MRI examinations.All radiologists have treated me with dignity, concern and care and everyone was open for dialogue.
Their reports are analytical and often suggestive .I have learned a lot as patient to understand better how jointly can administer strategies to improve or recover.
Equally support staff are great starting from the call centre who recognise repeat clients and on site staff.
There is diversity and inclusion of the medical professionals and everyone’s role is equally important.

Be aware that as an inpatient in gold coast private you may be $'000s out of pocket for qld xray services even if you have Top gold hospital cover and Medicare. You will sign one consent that apparently covers all services (when you arrive are in pain and incoherent) and you find out months later you are out of pocket thousands of $$$. Pretty disgusted with this practice 😡. They even changed the form I originally signed and highlighted it afterwards!! I have contacted the feedback as instructed below and they still feel it's legal!! Maybe legal but totally unethical 😡😡😡

Reception staff excellent as were nurses and CT/bone scan specialist for my 90yo frail dad, Ashley Schwartz. I'm s hoping that the reviewer of tests are as wonderful and will have results ready in the 48 hours mentioned without a glitch. The only nightmare is the park/drop off zone out front is impractically small & narrow so getting a taxi back out of there, parking is nigh impossible as the ONLY reason i wouldn't return. Otherwise thumbs up team.
