Never ever ever ever again. I’m not one to leave a negative review but this by far deserved more than that. Radiologists you are providing a service to people that are more than likely unwell or trying to obtain a diagnosis. Yes, cost needs to be efficient for the business to survive and I personally am not one to complain to much when its health. But when you haven’t told your patients and they attend for a biopsy for potential cancer at 30 years of age and the manager does not even address you with some manners?
This poor company have some lovely admin staff that will be misguided by a manager who has no customer service skills, is not personable and does not know how to manage conflict of any kind. I personally would have been fine to pay the $2000 you tried to charge me as in desperate and afraid, although I was quoted 1200. You’re just rude and did not even try to apologise for the inconvenience so we could have moved forward, I had to start my process again because you were just pig headed and inexperienced. Customer service is about providing a service to a customer and I would never give a dollar here while you are there. Good luck and thank you to Aimee who assisted me up until this process you’re absolutely lovely.

Absolutely appalling level of service. Had completed an MRI Wednesday the 16/04 and was told the MRI had been expedited and I would have the result within 24 hours. Unfortunately didn't get the result back in time and then everyone went on Easter long weekend. I call up Tuesday to confirm if the MRI report was done only to be told that the Reporting DR was actually away and they would follow up. I had to call back several hours later to find out what was going on, then to be told they had no one else able to report it to and it won't be done until Wednesday when the other Dr will be back. If I hadn't have called back, I'd still be in the dark as to an official timeline. Everyone needs a holiday and I have no issue with that, but do not over promise and under deliver. I unfortunately need these scans to determine whether or not I need surgery. Have no issue taking $600 from you but after that, it's an absolute dogs breakfast.

Had an appointment, everything went smooth with the appointment. Very professional up until it came time to pay the bill. I was told one price the day before, decided I wanted one service instead of two, and magically the price jumped up. I was told I was quoted Incorrectly by the definition of an unprofessional, rude and horrid manager. She had no intention of hearing me out, viewing the situation from a client perspective or even trying to compromise. I paid the bill as I had other things to take care of in my day, but this clinic is the farthest thing from transparent. If you don't have insurance or medicare, I suggest you go somewhere else.

I had an appointment on 18. Feb. for an MRI. The service from the receptionist was outstanding. Nathanael the MRI radiologist was exceptional in setting a canula, no pain and no bruising. He kept me informed every step of the way during the procedure. I can highly recommend him. I'm really impressed with this Radiology Clinic. Thanks a lot for the good service.

I went in for an ultrasound at the Springwood clinic and waited 45min only to be told they had double booked and I needed to come back another day. Very inefficient and the reception staff were not sympathetic at all. To the owners of the business, I would look at improving customer service at this site, as you won't last long especially with all the competition in the area. I for one won't be coming back!

We refer to QRS professionally for lots of services, but in particular, MRI and Euflexxa injections. I have also used their services personally a number of times. The staff are always friendly and do their best to accommodate. The services they provide are effective and efficient and the reports are delivered quickly and efficiently. Very happy to use them and refer our patients and will continue to do so into the future. The facilities are great, clean, tidy, well laid out. Great work.

Would rate negative stars if I could. Service was unprofessional and disgusting. Had to come here twice and there was a long wait both times. They knew the patient was disabled. After the biopsy, they tried to charge me the incorrect amount and more than the amount quoted. The receptionists were incompetent. They were both asking me "this is a high price and what are you in here for?". Hello, we are the patients, we are not the ones setting these prices, your company is! Ask them why the prices are high instead of the customers. What are we meant to do! You also just tried to charge me extra. Patient had to wait an hour for the appointment in the car because they're unable to wait in the seating area due to their condition and then another half an hour for you to process the payment because of your incompetence. Not only they charged lot of money (over $1200) for the biopsy but they asked me to assist in the procedure even though the patient kindly told them that I'm scared of blood. The doctor and radiographer should do this and not ask family to assist in the biopsy procedure when they are unable to do so. This was a very bad place. Clinic was also dark and dingy unlike other radiologies. When we came here previously for the scan, the radiographer was rushing us and asking the patient to hurry up when she knew we waited over an hour, the patient is disabled and needs time to get dressed after the appointment. She only took five minutes and we waited over an hour. For people who work in health care, they should be patient, empathetic and compassionate which they're not. Absolutely disgusting people.

They also took long time to send the report to the doctor and the doctor's reception had to give them multiple calls to get the results. They also knew the criticality and still got delayed

Edit: Saw the response from the owner and this is nothing to do with medicare but with the conduct of your staff! Don't try to shift the blame on medicare. Read my feedback properly. Correct your staff behaviour to treat patients better with empathy and compassion!

The staff is so nice. All of our scans went smoothly and easily, and the booking process was always super easy too. I had my 12- and 20-week ultrasounds there while I was pregnant. The whole procedure was great, and the atmosphere was nice as well. I know it’s not the main point of those scans, but the pictures came out so well that I even printed some because they were so clear. They kept the gender a secret for us so we could have our gender reveal at home, and they were super cool and professional about it.
I recently took my baby girl for a hip ultrasound here too, and everything was nice, easy, and quick. They even bulk billed for her, which was an extra bonus.
