Rachael has been exceptional in guiding me to get back on my feet again after an awful ankle injury with torn ligaments. Friendly, encouraging and knowledgeable, great keeping me motivated to do my “homework” exercises. Other staff have been friendly and welcoming too. Very happy with my progress.

Absolutely awesome physio! I have been attending for roughly 12 months and I 100% would recommend every single member of their team. Their hands on approach has been extremely beneficial as a veteran through soft tissue work, needling, exercise and pilates. They have created a friendly and professional culture which makes coming back a pleasure.

Saw Kirstin who listened to me and seemed very knowledgeable. She massaged the worst areas and gave me some exercises to do. Pain has diminished somewhat. I'm not sure if I'm doing some of the exercises properly but I have a second visit tomorrow and will clarify them then.
