I have just had the most amazing dental experience with a lady dentist called Courtney. Courtney has a very peaceful and calming bedside manner, is very gentle, and explains softly every step of the dental work she is performing. I have had an injection and fillings an hour ago, and how she performs her work, I do not feel like I have even been to the dentist. Five stars to Courtney for a great visit to the dentist.

I have been here a few times now and it is my preferred place to go for all my dental work because of the care and attention that I receive from the dentist Dr. Mary Love. She has an extremely calm demeanour that is able to help alleviate any kind of anxiety I have during my dental procedures.

Unlike other dentists that I've been to in the past, I find that Dr Mary explains every single step when she's going through a dental procedure with you. She talks you through all of the options available to you and takes any of your health concerns into account in order to deliver you the best treatment. I have a heart condition, which means that it can be tricky when I take local anaesthetic, and even with this in mind, Dr Mary was able to find an alternative that allowed me to receive treatment whilst keeping pain-free. Throughout the entire process, she walked me through each step of the way, and also described what I would experience before it actually happened. (When she went to use her tools she would explain that you would feel "some rumbling" or "a little vibration" before she uses the tool) I really like this approach as it can make you feel a little bit more comfortable when receiving dental treatment.

The facilities here are nice and clean, and it's located within Queensland Country Health Fund. The place doesn't open until 8:40 a.m. but there is a coffee shop right nearby that you can grab whilst you're waiting for your appointment. There are both toilet facilities and basins for brushing your teeth available on site. If for any reason you need to use a toothbrush, they also have toothpaste and toothbrushes available for purchase, and sometimes there is free toothpaste samples available too.
