I just had possibly the best GP experience of my life since my beautiful GP of 25 years retired. Lovely reception staff and the nurse was kind and patient. The GP, Dr Mackay, was excellent, listened respectfully, explained appropriately and was just totally genuine and engaged.

We had been looking for a good doctor since we moved to Batemans Bay area and was recommended highly by a good friend to try Dr Cole at Broulee. My husband had a not so good experience with a medical practice in Batemans Bay and did not want to return, they were not professional. He was very happy with his appointment with Dr Cole today and the staff are friendly and professional. Well done to Queen Street Medical Centre, and I am nervous with doctors as I do not go so often, but as my husband was so happy with the service today..... I will also visit Dr Cole shortly as a new patient to. Dr Cole advised that he will be here for a long time not going anywhere, it is refreshing to find a doctor who is not going to move to another practice, like my husband experienced at the previous Medical Centre. Thank you to Queen Street Medical Centre at Broulee. I was pleased to see my husband happy on his return home.

This part is an update as I now see Dr Cole since October and he is a very good doctor, extremely thorough and we are very happy that he is now our family doctor. We have a drive from Batemans Bay to Broulee or Moruya and it is worth it to know we have a regular doctor as Dr Cole and he is extremely professional. Anyone who cannot get a regular doctor in Batemans Bay and reads this review then call the Queen Street Medical Centre, you will not be disappointed. We are very impressed. We highly recommend Dr Cole and the Queen Street Medical Centre. We came from the Goulburn area and also had trouble trying to find a regular doctor there, so we are very happy we were recommended to try Dr Cole.
