I had a bad experience here a few years ago. I was 6 months pregnant and was getting my first internal ultrasound. I was left with my legs wide open, the instrument still inside of me while they walked away to do something. I was left there like that for 15 minutes. I felt degraded.

I would like to praise the young lady that was working in the Dexa bone scan department yesterday when I came in with my 86 year old mother. So very kind and professional and thoughtful and went above and beyond to help us

I attended recently, they made me sit for 45 mins and then told me I had missed my appointment - even though my doctor had faxed the referral through 6 minutes after speaking to reception. They just failed to check the fax machine…
I then came back for a 2nd attempt, and had to wait in reception for another 45 minutes, with about 15 people arriving after me and being seen before me.
I’m a single parent who needs to get assistance with someone to watch my young child to attend these appointments, and continuously get stuffed around. Extremely disappointing service which left my 8 month old screaming his lungs out due to their lack of attention and efficiency, I wanted to seek help for the immense pain I’d been suffering and left on the verge of tears.

These guys are highly unprofessional. I was 10min late for the appointment due to the traffic in the school zone. I came from work all the way from city. they cancelled my appointment saying the lady have to leave at 4pm while the closing timing is 5pm. Last time I came before my appointment time and waited for more than 30min for the appointment. But that's OK if they are late. Why did you guys book the appointment when you know you will be rushing for the home at that time. To my surprise there was not a single patient in the centre but still they were getting late. Please don't waist others time with your unprofessionalism.

Booked in an ultrasound, advised them of the clinical notes. Went to my appointment and spoke to Heidi who advised me it couldn't be done despite it being booked for the right part of body. Refused to help unable to deal with conflict management. Provided recommendation that the clinical details should be reviewed and patients should be called if scan is unable to be performed. The service from Heidi was dismissive and unhelpful. She tossed my referral back at me. Couldn't even excuse herself to answer the phone ringing. The other reception lady however, was nice and tried to help. I will never return to this radiology.

Wow, the sonographer was so nice and gentle with my son however the reception lady was nightmare. We went there at 8.30 thought was too early they wont open yet ,our appointment at 9 am, so they a quick tour to Aldi. But, there was something wrong with my money so I have to wait cashier count her till. As a result 16mins late for our appointment. I came in , frist thing apologised, and explained but the lady not one listened. She said I should call to let them know, then said " never mind" in her rude voice " take a seat" .even only 2 customers waiting before me.Omg is that how treat people.

I Went there for an ultrasound and was greeted by friendly staff instantly. Customer service was second to none. I had kelsie as my sonographer and she was amazing throughout the whole process.
