Have been here for myself and 2yr old and met more than 5 doctors, all of them have been extremely informative, thorough and I feel like they genuinely hear my concerns. Received my pre natal care, swabs, mental health support, baby/toddler development and skin issues etc. Providing all the information so I can make an informed decision. Highly recommend dr Samuel Cheng who was my baby’s doctor since she was couple of weeks old. He is a very good and talented doctor who is gentle with babies and always helpful to parents when the little ones are sick. I am glad that we were able to find a doctor like him for our baby as first time parents.Also the reception is helpful to fit you in if the children are sick and need to see the doctor.

Our Family goes to thi Medical centre, and I am so happy to have found the Doctor that our Family Trust. Dr Karen Lee is very thorough and always making sure she answered any / all questions you have. She makes me and my kids feel relax, that everything will be okay. When she is not available, we also see Dr Alan Ng, Dr Kim Lam. They’re also a very good Doctor and also make sure to check our file for more info to relate accordingly in our health check ups.
I highly recommend this medical centre and very happy and satisfied.

Receptionists need to learn how to interact and behave with the customer. So rude attitude and less manners. I am coming here just because it's near to me but always get disappointed with the receptionist's behaviour.

Quality health medical centre is exactly what the name suggest “Quality Health” My family started seeing the doctors here beginning of this year and I truly wish we had of come years ago. Compared to our previous GP it’s black and white. We usually see Dr Alan Ng or Dr Karen Lee but any doctor here is extremely professional, kind, caring, look after well-being, pick up on things our previous GP did not. We travel out of area to come to this practice and it’s well worth it. Highly recommend. I am very thankful for the doctors at this practice. Thank you!
