Staff do not seem to have any idea of what good care looks like. Stay away from this organisation and keep your family away if you want to make sure they are safe and happy. Reporting them to NDIS Q&S.

My name is Cal Rose. I have been with QHC for 16 years now, which is almost not heard of. There is no care agency like QHC. They supported me in no matter what. I had a personal issue which was very hard for me. they supported me thought this. Brendan and Danny Collins are amazing. They runs this big business. However if I had a issue they always fit me in to have a chat. The carers that they send in are awesome and always meet me needs. Their put my and the staffs safety first. In my personal life I went thought something large and not the nicest, QHC support in my wish to do this. They are the best care agency around. Because they really do care about their clients and their staff. I have had care for my whole life, so I know first hand what bad care is. there is none of that with QHC. They do care about people. I wouldn't change my care from QHC.

This is the worst place I have ever had to deal with .Did nothing for my son but rip him of with his Ndis , gave no care or surport, if you have anything to do with this place you should get away from them as far as you can get , absolutely the worst care or lack of I have ever seen , no care or surport for my son , stay away as far as you can get .
