You should listen to your patients Dr Ly. My 71 year old mother had been seeing you for nearly 10 years and recently she saw you complaining of chest pains and exhaustion after activities like walking up the stairs at home.

After we advised her to have a second opinion she was referred to a specialist and after being examined was then rushed to hospital after again suffering chest pains. She is now lying in an emergency bed and awaiting an angiogram.

She pleaded with you for a referral, on top of this, you were advised that there are heredity problems in the family, her father died early due to heart attack, her brother has had bypass heart surgery, yet, you still advised her to not to worry about it and come back if it happens again.

If I could give you a zero rating I would. The “next time” it could have been too late.
