Doctor Ian Ly is a good GP. Depending on the time you might be waiting for at least an hour. Just check at the reception how many before you...Book for your covid vaccination.

The doctor was patient, but the customer service was terrible. When I called on the phone or walked into the place, the first thing they talked or asked me were all about money. I had to pay first before seeing the doctor, and they didn't mention to me at all that I only can claim limited money and just urge me to pay! The consulting fee is much expensive than in other place.

If the nursing staff member who failed to treat me this morning actually did her job instead of acting like an egocentric nut job during a medical crisis, this practice would be A-grade.

Dr Maxwell Tse and Dr Ian Ly are both exceptional doctors, but they are obviously too busy treating patients to make time to assess the personality disorders of their ancillary staff, which is critical to the health and safety of their patients, as well as their practice. This will, no doubt, lead to a big fat negligence claim one day.

I am BEYOND appalled and will be seeking to escalate my complaint about this matter to relevant professional bodies for further investigation—in the interim you might want to address your medical protocol in relation to patients in respiratory distress.

Baiting a patient who is a KNOWN asthmatic, during an asthma attack is a failure of duty of care. Only a moron or a sociopath would behave like that towards a patient then have the audacity to call it a panic attack. ANYONE would PANIC if they were denied professional medical treatment during an asthma attack. The idiot nurse even had the audacity to cancel an ambulance I was calling to assist me in the absence of her care. The ONLY reason I got through it all was because I had the foresight to take 50mg of Prednisolone before I left home so that I was breathing quite well by the time an ambulance responded to a third call 45 minutes later, notwithstanding the hideous experience I was subjected to at Quality Care Family Doctors.

Like I said, I am appalled.

Apologies for the unflattering account of my experience. Will gladly submit a follow-up review when I am assured that Anne has been sternly reprimanded for this incident and committed to further professional development. A hand written apology by her expressing genuine contrition wouldn't go astray either.
Failing that she is NOT permitted to interact with me again in the future. In my eyes, she is NOT fit, and dangerous.
