Each time visiting this practice I’ve had to wait well past the scheduled time of appointment. The last experience was having to wait over 30 minutes to receive a Telehealth consult that lasted a couple of minutes just for a new prescription, to then be charged an exorbitant amount of money because it was a Sunday. Do not recommend.

I attended the Practice for my regular 2-yearly Pilot's medical certificate. Booking the appointment was easy, the receptionist was friendly and helpful. The nurse and doctor who conducted my medical were prompt, efficient and engaging. I can highly recommend this practice, see you again in 2 years time.

My experience of this medical practice is that it is a welcoming and professional centre. The reception staff are kind, friendly, and consistently make an effort to accommodate the needs of the patients and keep them informed. I have been seeing Dr Calabresi for some years now and have found her to be an excellent GP. She is knowledgeable about a wide range of medical conditions. I have always felt cared for at my appointments and my medical needs understood and treated. I have noticed that each patient of hers gets the same warm welcome and concern when it is their turn. The other good aspect of this practice is that when your GP is away the other doctors in the practice look after each other’s patients.

It's my first time seeing a GP here after moved to this area. Dr Lee was so vigilant on examining, checking and asking questions. Reception is also very friendly. That's a good experience. Happy to find the right place for my family.

Had an appointment at 10.15am firstly with a nurse for a vaccine, then with a doctor at 10.30am. The nurse was so late that I actually saw the doctor, 15 minutes late as well, before having to wait again another 10 minutes for the nurse. This is unusual, as previously did not have such wait times.

The gentle manners and sense of humor of the physicians help to put patients at ease. You feel that your doctor really cares for you. And they are prepared to go out of their way to help. They keep uptodate on our medications and progress, and know what needs to be done.
