I have been visiting this practice since before they moved to Monash House and the level of care is excellent and consistent, I am taken care of at all my past consults and easily book appointments online without any issues. They offer a wide range of services as well, pathology is just across the road too so wouldnt need to see any other GP clinics around.

I found it so hard to find a good new doctor after my doctor had retired and Dr Thet has been amazing. I couldn’t be happier! She’s genuinely caring and thoughtful, which is really hard to find these days when most Doctors just want to get you in and out in two. The reception team are also really good and very helpful. I am new to Melbourne and had been directed to get my son's immunisation updated by our GP for his preschool requirements. We have private insurance but was advised to present at a community center for the immunisations needed. We did only to be told my little one cannot get the immunisation at the center because we don't have Medicare 😔 Not sure who's right but would've been nice to have had them at one stop

We had an appointment for 2:50pm and we had to wait till 3:40pm what kind of service is this? No clinic should have this long wait time what is the point of booking an appointment then if we have to wait this long

Dr Shima is simply the best doctor I have ever had in my 45 years. She not only cares for your health, she cares about life, and she always has a smile on her face. I couldn’t recommend this clinic enough and Dr Shima is the rock holding everything together. She’s always so busy when she is working and yet she still managers to take on more patience.
