We have had consistently good experience with this practice. Dr Diane is kind, highly knowledgeable, attentive and always expresses genuine concern and real commitment to solving any health issues. She has been particularly helpful for women’s health. The overall practice is efficient, professional and I can always get an appointment. Very grateful to find such a good service.

Dr Richard has helped fully resolve a tennis elbow and foot pain (by referral for orthotics) issues I was having. Anything sports related he has been great to see for. Very happy with his advice.

Dr Loizou has dangerous personal views and opinions of Emergency Care and hospital staff that he has allowed to influnce the treatment of his patients. GPs shoud never openly diminish the care and expertise of hospitals and their clinicians, as this could lead to patients deciding against critical care based on these dangerous, unprofessional and innacurate personal opinions of a jaded GP, absolutely shameful conduct.

1st and last time used your service . Upon arrival checked about Insurance and reception said will be paid by your insurance but then we found we were out of pocket for about $60 based on their MSB Item Code used by the doctor. You must inform and advise your patient about any occurrence out of pocket so we can decide to come or not this was not even answered when I called before coming to the clinic . It’s not fair and it’s misleading especially when you have also surcharge on a debit card ?! Not that we had to wait 30min after appointment made we were admitted .

Seems some doctors here have forgotten that their responsibilities involve asking questions, not constantly interrupting and lecturing patients. Shouldn't have to feel like I'm forcing my doctor to listen to relevant medical information.

The team are all absolutely divine, end to end the quality of service is amazing.

Dr Kim is my regular doctor and she always spends the time to walk through things.

I’ve seen Dr Xiao too and she’s amazing also!!

I had a stressful enough experience with Dr Vincent. I damaged my foot and was told that my chance of walking again normally is 50/50.. Which as I found out later was just a "medical joke". And i really did not need it at the time. I felt very traumatized by the experience and had a very unsettling period of my life. Stupid joke. Not fun at all.

Dr Richard is awesome. He's looked after me for a number of years now and he's always been patient, kind, and found a solution to my issues. Can't recommend him enough.
