I recently visited Quakers Hill X-Ray & Ultrasound for an ultrasound and I couldn't be more impressed! The staff were friendly, professional and accommodating (booking at short notice).

The sonographer was thorough, took the time to explain everything in terms I could understand, and answered all my questions along the way.

They were also able to expedite the results and have them sent onto my dr as a priority.

Highly recommend the practice and their staff! I’ll definitely be going back if I need any more scans.

I took my daughter here for an xray on Tuesday 22.11.23 (OLIVIA NEILSON) and I can confirm her review is accurate. It doesn't take a brain to comprehend there would be no record of her Xray being taken, as you didn't record her name correctly.

I have attached a photo of the x-ray so you can check your records under the incorrect name used.

Please be more careful as this could lead to many complications for patients.

Until this is rectified, I would not recommend this establishment.

The receptionist told me they have only one machine its repairing and I asked I’m in pain you have only one machine another person came and told that oh what do you mean machine do not need to repair you are rude and you can’t talk to my receptionist like that you can leave he replied the sick person who is in pain, very unprofessional and arrogant behaviour shown by staff members.I also added them that my doctor send me here because you give fast service but he replied me I know your dr, iam going to call him now . He said to me very rudely please Do not go there, he also threatened me that I am going to call doctor who gave you referral here,

Simple information of getting a patient details was unsatisfactory. My wife had an ultrasound test with her name wrongly spelled and wrong date of birth. They’ve wasted a day of my time since they wouldn’t accept the result of the test.

I’ve been coming to this practice for last 7years because it’s nearest but recently I had the rudest conversation from their staff who literally started loud on the phone that I was running 7 minutes late with my appointment and now they cannot take me in because the radiographer had a meeting in next 15 minutes. Really? Why would you book someone 15 minutes ahead of your meeting and then asking the patient to return. PLEASE BE MINDFUL you deal with patients who are either in pain or are suffering from something that’s bothering them every minute. Please show some courtesy, professionalism and compassion if you are in this kind of profession. I will better go somewhere else with holistic care of services.
