I cannot thank you enough for helping out to book me in for ultrasound. I forgot the lady name who took my call. She was very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. I was calling all other places and people were scaring me. Here the lady calmed me and booked me in . Thank you so much.

Rude receptionist

Long queues of patients and no one getting there scans on time

I had an amazing experience and the credit goes to Sussan and Jo, Sussan was very patience through my ultrasound and was briefing me about the baby all the time, i do understand that every body does it but it was the first time in my 4 US that someone explained it thoroughly. And Jo in the reception was very helpful which was cherry on top. Thank you so much ladies, you made my day😊

Fabulous, then disappointing.

Fantastic support with the bookings team, to facilitate bookings for scans over four days, and 2 of 4 scans on referral done by a separate provider. Really, the bookings team was fantastic!!
The team at Macquarie today, one individual in particular in fact, was so unhelpful and in fact obtuse, when I asked that I take the original or even an appropriate copy of the referral that I could take with me for the subsequent scans.

Best experience I have ever had with scans. The booking process was prompt and easy. They were able to help get me in asap and the experience continued to be the best. The admin team on check in provided a wonderful welcoming and positive experience. These ladies really made the whole appointment a delight and much easier when you're in pain!

I had ultrasound done on 19/12/22 by Mermada. She was very professional and efficient.
Same with the receptionist both of them were very nice.
