The result was not sent to my GP after more than 3 weeks I scanned at Qscan Gungahlin. Although scanning doctors are nice, their process of sending documents (relates to the Admin and Reception team?) might have some problem.

This is not the first time. Any time I raise such problem, the answer via phone will be like: "we will re-send the results to your referral now" or "you can show your results on Qscan app with your doctor/midwife" with no excuse. Just imagine that you paid >=300$ for scanning each time with the result is the most important to be sent, but what will you receive?

I would have given 0 rating if possible. Do not even bother to think they care about their patients, no wonder the rating is 2.6 already, #I made an appointment for Abdomen Ultrasound, and got booked in for the appointment exactly after 31days and one day out of blue, i do get a message you have your appointment today at 10 am and that too at different location and not in Gungahlin, i checked that message after my work. I was so surprised as i specially took my day off for the appointment and now i get to know that they mixed up so many dates as they were telling me few other days that i was booked in according to them. I decided to walk in the clinic to know if still have an appointment on the day promised, and then the staff is responding that, we wasn't the one who booked you in so we can't help with thix but we can make another appointment after a month or on the same day promised but at some other location which is probably half an hour from my place. Wow, you do not care about patients. They do not even do bulk billing anymore, and on the top of that having such horrific services is going to be a game changer for this business surely!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent changes in your service. As a longstanding client of Qscan, I have relied on your efficient X-ray imaging services for several years. However, I must highlight a concerning decline in the timeliness of receiving results.

In the past year alone, I have undergone approximately 10 X-ray procedures, each time receiving prompt results on the same day. However, with your new system, there has been an unacceptable delay of up to 7 days in obtaining my imaging results.

Despite my attempts to expedite the process by submitting urgent support tickets and engaging in phone conversations with your staff, I have been informed that I must endure the 7-day waiting period. This prolonged wait time is impractical and concerning, especially when urgent results are needed for medical purposes.

Regrettably, due to this unacceptable delay and lack of responsiveness from your team, I have no choice but to seek alternative radiology services. I understand that operational changes may occur, but the impact on customer experience should be carefully considered and addressed.

While I am disappointed by the decline in service quality, I feel compelled to bring this issue to your attention so that you may understand the reasons behind customer dissatisfaction. Whether or not corrective action is taken, I felt it necessary to communicate my experience, as it may influence others' decisions regarding their choice of radiology providers.

I'm deeply concerned after today's appointment for my 3-month-old daughter's hip dysplasia check. A trainee conducted the examination, taking almost half an hour before leaving to get a staff member. The staff then completed the check in about five minutes. This disparity in time and approach has left me doubting whether the examination was done correctly. I feel uneasy and unsure about the accuracy of the results.
I even asked about the results like is there any concern since the ultrasound they did was not professional! And I’m not happy at all after paying them $245. It’s not worth it!!!!

Have been trying for two days to get through. Was on hold for an hour and a half with no luck. I did a call back twice with no like. Submitted two online requests. Nothing. I understand they are going through an upgrade however there should be an alternative to be able to contact them while that happens.
The scan i need is time sensitive. Hope this issue is resolved asap

Dad went to get x-ray here. Was worried about the low reviews but didn't want to drive too far and other companies have no appointments.
Booked an appointment, went to the clinic which is next to bike culture. Welcomed warmly by three receptionists, x-ray was quickly done by S______ on time. Our doctor got the x-ray after 48 hours.

Went in for a foot X-ray which was done really promptly and efficiently which was great. But when I rang to see whether results were available I gave up on the phone. A good 15 minutes plus. Disappointing. I know we’re ’encouraged’ to do stuff on line but some things require a personal approach.

Go up
