I came to this clinic on placement and could not be any happier with my learning experience. Carolyn showed me nothing but kindness and professionalism. She is rockstar with the amount of work she has to do, she deserves a raise for sure. Everything is organised and up to date. She treated every patient with kindness and dignity and made them feel comfortable. Hayley is also amazing and made me feel right at home. Anyone wanting to come to this clinic will be met with the best experience.

Went in today at 35wks pregnant by myself, waiting room was absolutely packed to the brim. This is the first time I have gone in to get bloods done and there’s only been one person working. She was literally running off her feet, she did not stop, she did not complain, she apologised to every single person. She was faced with some tough patients, a child, a fainter, an older person with not the best veins (all info I got from the waiting room sharers). But she got through every single person with the most incredible support and love to each patient. By the time she got to me, you could see the frazzle in her eyes of just getting through a full waiting room. But she did it! She served me with so much kindness and respect and apologised for the wait when she really did not have to, I could see how hard she was working. Thank you so much for keeping everything so clean, making your way through the waiting room, being the most gentle blood taker ever and for not making anyone feel like a number. 10/10 recommend QML Yarrabilba!

I attempted to book a glucose test appointment by calling yesterday at 12:43 PM and again this morning at 7:00 AM, but received no callback or answer. When I arrived at 8:15 AM, I was met with a dismissive and rude response from a staff member who told me, "I'll get to it when I get to it." This experience made me feel unimportant and unsupported. I hope the clinic can improve its communication and customer service for the sake of future patients.

I had a hard time understanding the lady on the phone but in person she was wonderful. The place was very clean and very quick. She got bloods first try in a matter of minutes when it usually takes people 3-4 tries in various spots.

Definitely will be returning too this location in the future.

Donna was incredible this morning! Despite having computer issues, she made this experience a happy one. Didn't feel the needle at all! Very happy with her work today!!

All the ladies who work here are lovely. They care and really take the time to make sure they are not hurting you when taking blood. Sometimes it can be a problem to take blood from me. No complaints at all from the ladies here. All friendly.

The new QLM Pathology is great. It's been upgraded so it's heaps bigger and the nurse was fantastic and so friendly. I didn't have to wait at all when I went there.
