If your doctor asked you to fast overnight for a blood test. You MUST avoid this QML. Because the reception lady will ask you to take a seat and leave the reception.
You can see for 20 mins the place getting busy but the staff just casually walking the hallway or gossiping in the room.
I guess this the dilemma these days. You put young ones on the job, they are too busy on social media.
Then like this lab here, you put older staff and they like to talk about their personal BS rather than being more productive.

Very disappointed. Will never be back to wait and wait and feel sick and dizzy with no one at the reception to cater for the patient.
