I when there today, nurse was lovely. I was the first in there when doors opened at 7am, an there was no one there when i came out of the front doors. I needed blood results today, as I needed to know due to medication if I had to increase it or not. It had urgent attention on paperwork, at 4.45pm. I still have no results. I am so 😡

I have nothing to discuss with you. I won't be back, clearly people that work at the office don't do their job well enough.

Always attend QML Strathpine when needing to have blood tests. The staff are great. A special shout out to Loti. She is exceptional! Definitely recommend.

Staff member often disappeared from the counter for ten of fifteen minutes and people came in looking for a bell and couldn't find one. Besides that, the collection lady was quite personable and a good chat. Quite a busy place of business at times.

The refit/rebranding is awful and anything but welcoming, calming and reassuring, especially for elderly, infirm or those with vision or sensory impairments or anyone who relies on the help and kindness of another human being.

You will be waiting for at least an hour as as this is very under staffed. There are only 2 staff here today and 10 people in the waiting area and we all just exchanged frustrated glanced when we overheard one telling the other they were going on a lunch break. Even if this is your closest QML, go to another like North Lakes. Dixon St QML is the worst on the northside and it's always been like that. Also no scanner so they ask you to email your request. Just avoid this place till they improve.

The absolute worst pathology collection centre I’ve been too no verbal response like sorry we are clearly understaffed or will be with you soon waited an hour already and when there was only 2 people in front of us she must have had a coffee in between patients it’s my 97 year old mother has been in their 30 minutes now wondering if she’s had a heart attack still no show never ever coming back. Get new staff these sour puss people are rude

Would give less than 1 if possible. I waited two hours only to be told that the clinic cannot process online pathology referrals and I had to email my pathology request to a random email. I had missed an A4 printed plaintext notice next to the number cards informing me. A disgusting experience to wait hours, in uncomfortable chairs, no TV or radio, no receptionist to assist with enquiries. Will do my best to absolutely never ever attend this site again.
