Very disappointed with the service received on our last visit. Felt very unwelcoming. Staff member was not friendly and professional. I felt that the staff member treated us differently to the other patients as she was friendly towards patients before us but when it was our turn, she did even care to great. My parents are on private health insurance. The staff member was asking for proof of payment on premium. We were asked to show online bank account. This is a breach of privacy. I have sent a feedback on QML online website in relation to the incident today and hope someone will respond to me as soon as possible.

I didn't wait today due to being in a holiday period. Vicky was friendly and very helpful from the very start. She was thorough and explained to me the reason for additional signatures. She even changed to a butterfly needle to make me feel more comfortable in the process because of the amount of tubes required for my blood tests. Thank you, Vicky.

The staff here are very friendly, but this facility needs more staff to reduce the long wait times. Additionally, a dedicated receptionist is needed to handle patient phone calls and assist patients upon arrival. Currently, nurses are managing both their duties and receptionist tasks, which slows things down significantly. Our taxpayers' money could be utilized more effectively to improve healthcare services and address these issues.

My whole family has gone here for bloods ever since having terrible experiences at our GP clinic, not once have we had a negative experience here and for someone like myself who is usually extremely nervous i felt completely comfortable here😊thanks Hannah!

Love the lady who works out of this clinic. I have quite severe vein issues and is always really difficult and painful to give blood for any tests. But she is professional, doesn't take things personally, lightens the mood so I'm a bit more relaxed but every time she takes the best care of me and ensures that I am not hurting. If she thinks she cannot get it that day she tells me and I come back another day. I appreciate the honesty! But the toilets in this clinic are in no way accessible to anyone with a disability, even my size 6 support worker struggles to get in and out of it. Accessibility definitely could be improved.
