Such a great competent and friendly service at QML Vaughan Dr, Ormeau. Having Cancer I have relied on these people for the multiple blood tests over the past 4 years and on every occasion they have been fantastic and totally reliable. Other places that I have had blood tests, Hospitals and other clinics always have trouble getting blood from me, but Hannah has a particular knack of getting into the vein first time, every time. I can completely recommend this service, especially to those a little squeamish about needles. They do there job professionally and with great care. Thank you.

I believe his name was Joel, but I must say, this was the best blood test of my life! I’ve been having them since I was 17, and I have never had someone make the needle so painless that I didn’t even realize it was in already. He was so kind, had a great sense of humor, and made the whole experience so easy.

Even with the clinic being full of patients, it never affected his mood, he was super cheerful with everyone. I can’t thank you enough for making my day! I’m never going anywhere else.

I arrived at QML Pathology at 6:40 AM, knowing they normally open at 6 AM. However, due to the extreme traffic, they had to adjust their opening time to 7 AM. Even with this unexpected delay, the staff were incredibly understanding and professional. They got everything running smoothly as soon as they arrived and handled the situation with great patience and care. Their dedication and kindness are truly appreciated, thank you for always providing such great service, even on tough mornings!

I had a blood test done here last September and suffered nerve damage from the procedure -- nerve damage that was so severe my doctor was in disbelief. When I contacted the facility, it was clear they didn’t take my concerns seriously or show any real care. Eight months later, I’m still dealing with complications in my arm. If you want to avoid nerve damage and unresponsive care, I would STRONGLY recommend going elsewhere.

Had a blood test here and Ela were super professional. I have a fear of needles and do not cope well with blood collection. Ela was really kind, reassuring and nice. She was good at talking to me and distracting me from the pain.

Staff were late both times I had booked 6am appointments. First time they were apologetic and it was smooth sailing once they arrived.

Second time was ridiculous. Late staff and only one turned up. While I understand a busy morning, appointments should be prioritised over walk ins. Having a 6am booking after fasting for 8 hours and having a two hour blood test ahead of me 28 weeks pregnant and being expected to take a number isn't ok, what's the point in booking. I walked out in the end after sitting for 25 minutes and only two people having been seen. There was that many people waiting there wasn't even enough seats.

Great Experience for my daughter and myself, my teen normally suffers anxiety and ends in tears but this time was brilliant, collector was patient and very calming. With mine was great as with the 6am open time didn’t have to wait so long for my first coffee of the day.

Not a big fan of having blood taken, it's the needle thing, but recently have had to do this. Hannah the lady who took my blood was so good to deal with it was almost painless as she put me at ease straight away. If I need to have blood taken in the future I will be back seeing Hannah she was great.
