If I could rate zero stars I would. I sat there for 2 hours in the waiting area pregnant, whilst the receptionist didn’t think to let me know I was in the incorrect waiting area. To only have ANOTHER patient come up and let me know that 7 people were called ahead of me. To not even receive an apology from the pathologist, but straight utter disrespect and rudeness. Never have come across such a miserable old woman. And to add to the awful experience, for my bloods to be taken and be painful (I’ve never felt pain with my bloods being drawn) is just disgusting. Such an all around disgusting experience, should be ashamed to make patients feel that way.

I have been using the services of the Kawana branch since late 2014 and there is one constant- the professional quality of service rendered! The lady who attends to me is methodical, friendly and makes having a needle stuck in your arm almost something to come back for more! I like the first come first served controlled by the ticket number at the door. There is also a lot of parking just in front of the QML. Being next to the doctors clinic and in the shopping centre are definite pluses. 👍

Definitely need more staff I have been waiting over over one hour. No one to answer the phone and no numbers left at one stage. Come on QML lift your game. 1 hour and 45 minutes to have a 2 minute blood test.

Kerrill, the phlebotomist at QML Minyama, is the best phlebotomist that I have encountered throughout my already long life. While others have had trouble locating my thin veins, she has no problems and performs the task painlessly.
