Very good team. I have a lot of visits here and found it great. Sometimes its busy sometimes quiet. Like with all face to face service businesses, there can be a lot going along in the background that needs to be done before being given your required testing. Who wants to be rushed through this? Great team, great service, great help.

Conveniently located in Kallangur Plaza. Plenty of parking available. Didn't realise you had to take a number upon arrival which is on the wall as staff were tending to other patients. This is how they know the order you will be seen. They don't have toilets here so if you need to take a urine test you need to use the public facilities in the building. Luckily, I didn't need to line up again. The lady that saw me was professional and friendly.
