The convenience of the location and the staff I've dealt with have been good in the past. I just went there to drop off a sample at 7.06am, the doors aren't open and there's a queue of at least 11 people out onto the footpath. Please please please get some more staff in to support this place because the sheer volume of demand for this service, in this location warrants it. When I was pregnant and doing a fasted test (and feeling sicker with each passing minute), I gave up after waiting 35 mins and had not managed to get into the waiting room as the waiting room chairs were all full. The staff are lovely, they just need more support.

Been having my bloods taken here for tests and the lady that takes my blood here is very professional and kind. She knows how to distract me since I hate getting the needle. Unfortunately, this is a small clinic and she works by herself. It opens from 7am and I rock up before heading to work. Don't forget to get your number!

Arguably the best Phlebotomist I've ever been to. It always feels less than a mosquito bite for the "you're just going to feel a slight pinch", insert of the needle. She is always so friendly too.

Always a pleasant experience when coming here. Wait times can be a little long sometimes but not surprising as it is a small QML with 1 or 2 workers so unsure why people are complaining about the wait times. Staff are friendly.

Never given a bad review but I've called a couple of times to book and the lady was extremely unprofessional.
I understand they're super busy and I am happy to wait and call later but hanging up and never calling back is terrible customer service. Sorry guys
