I am not one to usually write reviews, but these guys truly deserve some positive recognition. The Pathologist that took my blood was an absolute angel and was super super gentle, I barely felt a thing. She was super nice and made me feel super comfortable. I have had a lot of blood tests in my time (none of which were enjoyable) but this time it was so stress and pain free. Thanks guys!

Being very timid about pathologists after having bad experiences, I was hesitant to believe the reviews.
But to my surprise this woman did truly give a painless blood collecting experience. Very still hands, very gentle, and quick. It also turns out she is the sole phlebotomist there, so rest assured you know you will get her when you return.
Now my go-to pathologist.

Attended this QML collection centre after receiving a recall when the previous centre had ‘stuffed up’. We are travelling so I could not go back to the original centre, thankfully. This experience was sooo much better on every level. From walking in the door to my exit it was a good & satisfactory experience. Thank you, you restored my faith in Pathology

There were a few people ahead of me but didn’t have to wait too long...I was pretty nervous but barely felt the needle at all. Friendly and efficient service. Would come here again.
