Despite both website and sign in building stating they were open and all lights being on the glass automatic door was locked and I was unable to access the clinic.
When I tried ringing I was immediately hung up on. Disgusting service and will not be returning nor recommending

Went to Redbank Plains branch only to find out it was closed as opposed to the closing time in the website. So went to Goodna, only to be told that they do not have the necessary tube for paediatric blood test.

Went there on Friday afternoon around 3.30 and first couldn't find the place so I rang, got an incredibly rude lady on the phone saying "well how long are you going to be!" After I told her I was outside the red rooster. Once I got in the attitude was worse I was told " don't step foot in this room until THAT(and handed me a mask) was on my face" even though I have an exemption. Was then told to "sit" she then with out asking started to prepare me on the left side I said to her " that side isn't good for blood you need my right side" to which she responded with a huff "you need to move that stuff to the other side then because I have already sanitised" ( fair enough but please goes along way) then when she took my blood she was VERY rough and made it hurt as much as possible. I have never been treated so poorly and will never return to qml again. I will also be making a complaint to the H/O in regards to this experience. I highly recommend S & N at forest Lake, super polite and you don't even feel the needle.

The worst negative people working there. Egos through the roof. The moment you try to explain what a doctor has told you. Its wrong and they threaten to kick you out an call the police. All because truc lost her way. Truc said I have witnesses and her colleague walked off because she was in the wrong. She wouldn't listen to the doctors word. She lied stating you need to book appointments. When its a walk in.
