I attended QML on Phillip street at around 1:30/2:00pm today. I had two positive experiences. The phlebotomist who was working today was very knowledgeable, kind, and patient. A big prop to John, who I think is a courier? John has evident love and care for his job! When he walked in to get what he needed to get, he said hello and was very kind. It is small things like the above which can have a big impact on someone’s day. Especially to those people who do not socialise much. So, thank you! Please pass on my thanks to them both.

Visited QML superclinic this morning 11/8/2023. Peta who took blood was compassionate, understanding, patient. The younger woman who who served me at the front counter obviously wasn't interested in customer service and wore no name tag. We come to QML because we're sick, we dont need intollerant, rude, people making us feel stupid for not understanding your work procedures. Shame on you young woman, you deserve a befitting carma for your disgusting behaviour with people who are sick.

The ladies who are there today should not be allowed near children. Please QML train your staff before they are out to practice, especially when it comes to babies and toddlers. From most qml pathologies in gladstone area this one is far the worse. The ladies who have no idea how to handle bubs are traumatizing and hurting them. Definitely not going near them again with the baby.
