Had a very good experience with my son today while he was getting blood. Even though he was quite upset and was hard to get his blood she made the experience for me quite calming and she was very patient and understanding, ended it with a beautiful handmade bear. Very much appreciated and calmed him down thankyou very much.

They require you to book an appointment for specialised tests, but apparently the appointment doesn’t matter when you get there and you still have to wait behind a full waiting room of people. What’s the point of the appointment? The lady was very rude about it.
Got in elsewhere for the same morning with no problems. Certainly won’t be going back here.

Came here with my sister in law on the 15th of July, at around 1200. My SIL was treated terribly by the young lady who took her blood. Terrible patient communication, rude and improper aseptic technique. She wouldn't explain what was happening and was grumpy the whole time. She was rude to the lady before us (who was very clearly old and didn't know the process) and even was yelling another patients information across the room. Everyone in that room heard what test that patient was getting and why. I don't know about you, but I prefer to keep my confidential patient information, confidential.

They will never answer, or your calls or messages. 2 weeks ago I left a message to be called for an urgent blood test for my child as they apparently do kids. 2 weeks later... no word. Wouldn't trust them with my child if they can't answer or return calls.

Arrived for a fasting blood test at 8am, was one person ahead of me. I was seen within 5min and the phlebotomist was very caring and efficient, she collected the required blood first go and no issues. Thank you!

Booked for me to come in right away and when I got there took me straight in, very lovely and professional through-out and looked after me when I wasn't feeling well towards the end definite thumbs up😊 👍
