Unprofessional service. I didn’t get the worker’s name, but she was the only person there on Wednesday at 1:30 pm. She declined to do my blood test after I explained that I feel lightheaded during the procedure and would prefer to lie down. She said there were too many instances of people passing out during blood tests and that she didn’t feel comfortable performing it. She then told me to go to Burpengary instead.

I went to Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology in Deception Bay and mentioned this experience. They said they’ve been receiving more customers, likely because she has been declining others as well. If that’s the case, perhaps it’s time for her to consider a career change, as this is a fundamental part of her job.

they dont do blood tests unless its a dire need, they earned 1 star for being the only pathology joint in deception bay to answer a call in a week.
