Being going here for years. Lynette always cracks me up and makes the process super easy. There's never a long wait and there's parking out the front.

This pathology is run so poorly. I arrived at 7:50am and waited 1 hour before walking out because I still hadn’t been seen or acknowledged (I was number 4). While I was waiting, I watched the nurse take several people without a number who walked in and he left everybody who did have numbers waiting. This doesn’t make any sense. Regardless, if I stayed, it would have been about a 2 hour wait going off the time he took to see each patient. That’s absolutely ridiculous when I was number 4 and when people are fasting for these tests.

Extremely disappointed by staff member who failed to remove mask, despite repeated requests, for my partner who is deaf and relies heavily on lip reading. Ended up going to another location that were better trained and better human beings.

Appalling service! The clinic was meant to open at 730 and was still not open when I had to leave for work at almost 8. There were approximately 6 people waiting outside to have blood tests. Do not go here!
