Hurt like hell! Was treated like I didn’t even exist today at QML Stockland Burleigh… I get blood tests regularly. I’m working through some health troubles and so I’m no stranger to this. I’ve been all over the place on the Gold Coast and QML is really losing their touch. They’ve also put their prices up for tests not covered by Medicare and they’re substantially higher than Sullivan. This lady today didn’t ask me a single question accept for “where’s your Medicare card”. She was so rough and really hurt my arm. She didn’t try and make small talk or distract me during the blood draw. She was rude, cold, and made me feel very uncomfortable. I’m realizing Sullivan Nicholades is the place to go. Always have great experiences with them and always have awful experiences with QML. Today was my last day I’ll ever use them.

Today 26/3 Waited 1 hr for a blood test at qml stocklands. How can one blood test take that long. Most people waiting left. No service watsoever

QML at Burleigh Town shopping centre is absolutely wonderful. The staff is friendly, approachable and professional - I cannot fault them. It’s also in a handy location for further shopping if needed.

Went on a Saturday at 9am, no wait time, in and out. Nurse was lovely, experienced, kind, gentle, fast and efficient. Easy to find, next to Aldi.

Waited an hour with only two people in waiting room before me. Don’t know what the nurse was doing in there but the patient before me fainted and I had to leave because I had run out of time. Nurse’s response - yes come back another time. I’m guessing at her rate of work if I had stayed I would have been in the surgery 1.75 hours 😠

Last time I couldn't book for GTT which takes two hours. Turns out, now I can. I'm pleased I will be able to skip the queue for this very long test. Staff were terrific.

Nurse was fantastic, in and out without a wait. I’ll assume it depends on how many patients are waiting prior to me but no complaints
