Trainer Thomas was 15 minutes late back from the scheduled half hour lunch closing (12:30-1pm). Not a huge deal for me but I felt sorry for the poor trainee who explained she couldn’t do anything until he returned. There was an elderly lady in a walker waiting in the entranceway as well. Not a good look QML🫤

I am petrified of needles and Blood tests. The doc/nurse (Thomas I believe) was extremely gentle, and very quick! I barely felt a thing and will definitely be back to see him if I need more tests done. Thanks!
