This one person only lab has been consistently the best blood taker I have ever had. The lady excells at her job. She is quick and efficient. As an apprehensive male with regards blood taking this has been a boon as my favourite place for doing so.

My experience here was amazing! I often have trouble with blood tests due to deep veins and as a ex-medical scienctist I can't speak highly enough of the professionalslim of the collector. I have had to use this clinic for a few years due to health, location and time restrictions. I hate it. The woman attendant is the most miserable, passive aggressive person I have had the displeasure to deal with. She frequently rams the syringe into my arm so hard it feels like it coming out the other side. She should find another job, she's clearly unhappy.

She is a shocker. Needed an URGENT test for daughter which takes about 2 minutes. Arrived moments before 3 which is closing time (I was told impolitely). Door had not been locked. She carried on like a two bob watch about our arrival. Why do they persist with this shocker of a woman. They must not read these comments about their staff member.

I had a terrible experience while taking a scrub test on Friday 11/12. To be more specific, the person who's collecting it explained me how to do that but I didn't understand so I asked him for clarifications and he said "stop wasting my time"!
My question is, how can you treat a client like that?
