The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I went only to ask if there was availability to schedule an appointment for medical exams, and instead of assisting me, the person who attended me was extremely rude, raising his voice and telling me he was not there to do translations. It is the first time I have been treated so poorly. I hope management speaks to this person to help him manage his emotions. I don’t know his name, but I went on Monday the 3rd at 5 pm.

Conveniently next to the doctor, both my sister and me have gone in recently for blood tests which both resulted in massive bruises on our arms as they were rushed. In my experience the man taking my blood was distracted, having a conversation with someone in the hallway rather than directing his focus towards my blood test. As well as this while prepping my arm to draw blood the woman from the front desk came in pushing me to sign a form which I couldn't do as the man was taking blood from my dominant hand, she exasperatedly left the paper and let me sign after blood was drawn. Not a good experience.

don’t go here i ended up with a massive lump on my arm after receiving a blood test from here. had many blood tests before and this had never happened. also receptionist sucks and is extremely rude
