Terrible rescheduling policy with no tolerance for cancelation two days before a physio appointment. Charging someone a full fee for not being able to attend is not ethical, (and what about legal?) especially when more than 24h notice is provided. Would definitely never go back.

Please be careful! I Went to Dr Trina Kellar for stomach issues, fatigue, bloating, and feeling super tired after eating and recent panic attacks and allergy reactions after certain foods. She then diagnosed me with an eating disorder even though I have no problems with food and referred me to a psychologist team and I felt like I was crazy. I am only 19 so parents of kids or people with chronic illness or immune problems please be aware! I went to someone else and turns out I have SIBO, histamine intolerance and mold toxicity.

This centre and its wonderful people are absolutely life saving. There's caring and helpful Bella on reception who immediately makes you feel at ease, and nurse practitioner Deena who is the very definition of compassionate, knowledgeable professionalism, along with amazing specialist physios. I was facing painful surgery, but with their help I have improved so much I may never need it, and now they're assisting my mother with equal care, gentleness, and skill. They are amazing and provide a quality of care that is too often absent, particularly when dealing with women's health issues.

While the clinicians are helpful, reception is patchy and their phone lines and email constantly have issues and there is no voicemail function.

For example, I was just charged a cancellation fee (under the threat of them handing the debt over to a collections agency on the first invoice) for an appointment I missed after trying to contact them multiple times within appropriate timeframes to request switching the appointment to telehealth - and then missing out on getting any benefit from the appointment due to this gap in their customer service.

Not all clinicians will bill plan managed participants under NDIS either, as they are not happy to charge the set rate. This leaves participants with high care needs with hefty gaps to pay.

Edit. Since ceased attending this clinic as the practice only caters for clients who are able to email. This is not supportive of clients with diverse communication needs.

Dr Alexandra Mowat has been the most caring and knowledgeable doctor I have seen for my problems. She was super patient with me and explained all my options a few times for me and made sure I’m aware of all the risks and benefits of the upcoming procedure. The reception staffs were professional, caring and friendly. I couldn't be happier and I'd highly recommend the whole team.

My visit to QPFC was a very positive experience. Leanne was lovely and explained everything she was about to do and made me feel relaxed and able to ask as many questions as I needed to.
I then saw Dina and she was lovely and very good too.
They both explained what they were doing and why, making sure I was comfortable at all times.

Dina is such a lovely lady and a true asset to this practice. I am thankful to have gone through the usually awkward testing process with her. She really did make it so much easier to go through.
