Wow! that's all I can say after today's visit, I am going to try to be as polite as I can in writing this but I was extremely disappointed with my appointment today, I am 50 year male with no health issues and dont frequently doctors as im fairly healthy sort of a person. I have a recently have back injury from assaulted that occurred about month ago in the workplace, I have damaged my back pretty bad and was in a fairly dark place with the levels of pain today. As I couldn't get in to see my normal GP thought I would try to see new MD to just get a referral for a Psychologist as I have started to have issues with trauma related problems. The Doctor I had who went by the name of Titt basically explained to me the it was to much paperwork and not enough money in it for them as they put in a effort for no return. Well I saw red and was pissed of to say the least, no wonder so many people go out and string themselves up and self harm after a response like that from a qualified doctor. I wasn't asking for drugs or anything special just a referral to speak to someone, should have not been a issue even a phone would have been a help. The doctor was kind enough not to sting me the $85.00 fee just bulk billed me instead, What a guy not bad money for minutes of talking crap. Anyway that was my experience with this medical practice , won't be coming back any time soon, Went home after that and just decided to drink beer instead, and let nature take it course.

Very impressed with the service I had.

Once I attended the surgery, Dr Sarah was efficient and thorough. She was very pleasant and reassuring throughout the consultation.
