Dr Khan and his team provide a first class service the likes of which cant be compared on the Gold Coast. Like all things in life you only ever get what you pay for. The fact of the matter is that the value Dr Khan provides is what sets him apart. Dr Khan provides insightful and well rounded care and advice. I find Dr Khan to be thoughtful, authentic and caring in nature. Frankly I wouldn't trust anyone else with the care of my family.

My experience from visiting this clinic so far has been first class from the moment you step through the door. Personally I could not speak more highly of Dr. Khan. He really is a credit to his profession. I find him to be so understanding and up to date with the latest knowledge in neuroscience. He has given me invaluable insights that noone else has ever before. Its sad to see that people have left negative reviews about the money side of things as unfortunately that's the way it is in life you get what you pay for. I've got more clarity about myself and my condition from just two visits here than years of seeing other clinicians so truth to be told that's $$ saved right there.

Excellent doctor very insightful, approachable and available to answer questions. Dr Khan had an easy to understand explanation of how ADHD works which helped us deal with my sons diagnosis and gave us a clear insight into how his brain works. He was very empathetic and great when chatting to my son and I would not hesitate to recommend his services for ADHD.

Dr Khan is incredibly intelligent and excellent at what he does. He was the only person to actually see my Autism and make me feel seen. However, this entire practice is let down by the reception staff. I was constantly messed around, would have to send multiple emails and make multiple calls to even try and get an answer from them. I was discharged as I was meant to be moving to another country but plans fell through which was a massive blow to me and I told them I’m not moving and need another appointment and I need to be not discharged anymore as I’m not moving. My appointment was set for 6 months away and I was told it absolutely wouldn’t be that long that she would take it to the admin meeting that afternoon and explain the situation and sort things out. This didn’t happen. My appointment was still a month or two away when I had to go in and get another script for my medication because they had run out (Dr Khan was the only doctor i had ever seen for that script). I was told that he would need to reassess me and that he doesn’t owe me anything because technically I was discharged and no longer his patient. I felt alone, completely abandoned and was now freaking out as I had no idea how I was going to get my medication. I didn’t do anything wrong but was made to feel as if it was somehow my fault for not getting an appointment earlier which I had desperately tried to do months and months earlier (and was assured by Cerine that my appointment would be moved up to within the timeframe of my script running out). Dr Khan acted like he didn’t know me because I had been technically ā€œdischargedā€. I called and told them I wasn’t going to be able to move anymore within only a couple weeks of being discharged. I never went back and still haven’t been able to find another decent psychiatrist. Dr Khan is a smart man and excellent psychiatrist but the admin level is so messed up and absolutely caused detriment to my mental health. People with ADHD or Autism shouldn’t have to chase and chase to get an appointment. Many emails went ignored.

Dr Khan and the team are fantastic, I was diagnosed at 40, my only regret is not seeking advice years ago!
Dr Khan has changed mine and my families lives.
Trust me, if you feel something is not right, and ADHD seems like a possible answer, don’t delay, book with Dr Khan and get his opinion, he might just change your life in ways you never thought possible.
