Where do I start, ✨🧘🏼‍♀️✨ well firstly stop for the view of the beautiful ocean first was like breathtaking that I even stopped to take a picture!! 📸🌅📸
Then I met the beautiful Paula, who welcomed me with a massive hug that was filled warmth and love, like we had known each other for ages. We then sat in her beautiful studio and spoke about the session and my what I had come to see her for, and even though at first it was for an Access Bar session it turned into doing a double banger with a Reiki session too, which just made the whole visit so relaxing, with no pressures just welcoming vibes the whole time.
🩷🧚‍♀️🩷 Paula gave me lots of information and guided me through the whole session in her beautiful safe, warm, peaceful space that was filled with so much love and light. After the session, all I can say is Wow 🤩🫶🏻🤩 I felt so so good, positive and lighter than I have ever been in a very long time, and still after a whole day the positive path of wellness is still beaming through me. I can’t thank Paula enough for such an amazing, strong transformation of being able to release some deep rooted emotions I didn’t even know I had in me.!! 😢🥹🥹🥲
Paula, continues to keep up communication even after her session with you, so you are not left in the dark and gives you lots of information during the time there. She is truly a beautiful health and wellness professional, who is very caring, loving, full of knowledge to help guide you through your journey of wellness and self love. I would recommend Paula 110% to anyone and can’t wait to have another session again in the future.

Paula is amazing!! I have been to Paula for Yin Yoga, Qi Gong and have been to her for Bars. She has a holistic approach to her practice. I feel so relaxed with her music and the way she delivers the classes, she has a very soothing manner about her. Highly recommend.

I’ve played footy for 25 years and now it’s catching up.
Starting QI with Paula is really helpful with stretching myself out and making me feel amazing. Highly recommend as Paula also has a soothing voice and great mantra. Thank you Paula and what a space!

I absolutely love and highly recommend Paula’s Qigong classes. Her beautiful energy brings so much love, passion, care and wisdom to every class Her nurturing classes offer a sacred space for healing and Paula empowers you with tools that you can practice at home to bring balance and harmony to your body, mind soul and life. Qigong is such a restorative and energising practice that teaches you ways to open your energy channels, maintain balance and reconnect to your wholeness. I am so blessed and grateful to have found Paula’s classes and would definitely recommend you invest in your self care, wellness and energetic hygiene with a weekly Qigong class.

Paula is the most magical teacher and energy guide you could hope for ✨️
Having regularly practiced yin and meditation with her for over 3 years, along with reiki and access bars sessions, I couldn't recommend her highly enough 🙏🏻
Her at-home studio is a warm and welcoming sanctuary, the perfect setting to relax and reconnect 🧘🏼‍♀️
