If you have mental health problems do not go here Money hungry GPs with admin staff that do not answer their phones for 17 hours so you can cancel an appointment.
You come for help and leave crying even more.

Q1 has been a great clinic, in particular Dr. ElMahadi.

It took me 30+ years to find a doctor who gets me and I am totally comfortable with.

My whole family (wife and two children) are now all under the care of Dr ElMahadi.

Dr Hamid Saffary very rude. I waited for him 30 mins early in the morning. I do not know him Personally but after 30 mins he said I do not want to see this client, but send the others. Was quite rude when I ask the receptionist she said do not know, and you have to wait another 30 mis to see the another doctor. Quite rude and disappointed. I would like to give him Zero but no option available here. Rude Doctor, should not be in this profession.

I’d never attended this practice before and it was my second time calling. I’m unwell and woke up with a chesty cough, I’ve requested to rebook my appointment that I booked over the phone yesterday when sandra said to me I will have to pay $40 for cancellation. This is not fair nor was I informed of any cancellation policy, I don’t want to attend the practice and get Dr Vincent or any others sick. Sandra tried to scare me with this tactic of “you must pay for cancelling this late” when clearly I hadn’t even been told about the process to begin with. Not even a warning for the first time, what a joke sandra needs to find a job where she doesn’t have to deal with people, not a people person she just cares about $$$ clearly.

We visited doctor Kingsley today for my 8 year old daughter. He listened us so patiently and the way he talked was really respectful. He is the best doctor I have ever seen. He didn’t show any rush.Thanks for listening to us so passionately.
