Tracey the nurse, and Dr Vasantha Origanti are amazing and are the reason we continue coming to Q1 Medical Braybrook. We followed them from Highpoint. Outstanding, friendly, caring supportive and exceptional. They have looked after my mum and I to the highest of standards. Thank you both very much for your care. I had a wonderful experience here! Dr. Thadi and nurse Tracey are not only professional but also have a great sense of humor, which made every visit lighthearted and enjoyable. Even though my English isn’t very good, they were always patient and took the time to explain everything clearly. I truly felt cared for and at ease.

I had a great experience with Dr. Ashubabu and Nurse Tracy. Dr. Ashubabu is highly professional while also being very friendly, making every visit comfortable. I’m very happy with his recommendations, as they were well thought out and beneficial. Nurse Tracy was extremely helpful, assisting me with my care plan and ensuring everything was well-organized. Their excellent service and genuine care made a big difference in my experience. Highly recommend!

I took my son for his very 1st blood test. I was told by the nurse I am not allowed to take photo of him, my son totally fine with it, full consent from him. I only want to take a photo of him on the chair getting ready for blood test. How it is wrong? (She is not in the photo.)
The nurse was super rude. Then said if i take photo of him, she refused to take his blood test.
I cannot believe such unprofessional behavior is allowed in such a lovely medical clinic.
Very disappointed.

Such a great experience here! The doctors and nurses are super kind, gentle, and really make you feel comfortable. Everyone is so welcoming, and you can tell they actually care about their patients. They take their time, explain things well, and handle everything with so much care. Definitely a place I’d recommend if you want to feel looked after

I have moved from the Highpoint clinic over to the Braybrook clinic just to continue seeing Tracey. A big thank you and appreciation as she always makes me feel comfortable during my ongoing treatment and I can feel her genuine care for patients. She is also very skilled as a nurse and it never hurts when she gives injections and she also consistently checks my blood pressure to make sure my health is well. I’ll be continuing to come back to the Braybrook clinic to regularly see Tracey during my treatment. Thank you!

Such a great experience here, the doctors and nurse are very friendly, open and easy to talk too. Dr Thadi is very approachable, he is caring and listens to you and your concerns. A lovely big waiting room which allows you space between patients. Highly recommend if you are looking for a good GP.

Took my father to see Dr Thadi and was treated really well. He had a procedure that the nurse, Tracey, also assisted in. Both was very friendly and professional. Fantastic staff and service provided. My father was really happy with the outcome. Highly recommend
