I came to this clinic to get a check for one spot I was slightly worried about on my face but left quite disappointed. The examination lasted barely 5 minutes and only consisted of my doctor telling me to lie down, quickly looking at the spot, telling me he's taking a sample and then cutting it out. I was then quickly ushered out the door while he explained he would call in the next week if it was cancerous, otherwise I wouldn't hear from him. It's been a few weeks and the location he cut the sample from has left quite a large pitted scar on my forehead. This was my first experience with a skin check and I wasn't given any information about the procedure, or if it will leave a scar or simply some after-care to avoid such a prominent scar. After speaking to some other local clinics about their methods, I'm very annoyed that I decided to come here and won't be coming back.

Great clinic, very friendly and professional staff. I arrived on time and was seen within a reasonable time frame. Dr Mike Pei was quick, professional and attentive. He successfully removed a small growth from the tip of my nose. I had some apprehension about the procedure due to its location, but it turned out to be entirely painless and left no scarring.
