We were staying close by and I rang the receptionist who was so kind and helpful she managed to get our daughter in straight away. From our first encounter with this doctors surgery, right through the appointment, bulk billing and phone calls, I would highly recommend and I only wish we could bring this centre back to Tassie. They made us feel like real people and not just a number unlike my medical centre back home. Well done ladies ❤️

Dr Li has always been a friendly and a very professional doctor for me, and the receptionist is also very welcoming.The location is very convenient and i know pyrmont rent it not cheap.There are cheaper places to go and i always swipe my card through the machine after paying for my appointment to get my medicare rebate and it's in my account same day. Always happy going back and happy to pay.

I had a great first experience in this clinic. The receptionist squeezed me and helped me out last minute, and Dr Li wrote me a script in case I needed it. I was in and out fairly quickly give it was a last minute appointment. Thank you!

Felt they were pretty expensive - especially for such a dated/unappealing place. Went twice, waited for ages each time, told the Doctor what was wrong, she agreed then 5mins later sent me back out the door with a $200 or so bill. Doctor was pleasant enough, just not a great experience overall.

Just called them to ask if they take walk-ins today and was answered by a disgustingly rude doctor who abruptly ended the call on me. So unprofessional, it's unacceptable to be treating patients this way - especially coming from a doctor.

Amazingly kind receptionist unfortunately the system is backwards and charges fee (even if you have medicare) to write a prescription. Fee was minimum 3 times the price of the required medication..
