I had the quickest dental clean ever, but it wasn't the best.

Be aware they are not a Bupa First Ultimate provider; they are only a Member First Platinum. If you are insured with Bupa, the dental cleaning will be deducted from your yearly limit.

Regarding the practice response, I agree that it is accurate as I mentioned before. My reason for leaving a review was that I had inquired twice prior to the appointment about the invoicing process and deduction of the fee from my Bupa allowance. In retrospect, I believe that you could have provided me with the correct information that the invoice would be sent to Bupa and subsequently deducted from my allowance. Nonetheless, I hope that this feedback will assist others in obtaining more clarity.

Dr Sushma Patel is the hands down best dental professional I’ve ever come across.

She was so patient with me and no questions ever felt like too much for her, even though I had a million. Sushma knew that I was little apprehensive and made a point to check in throughout the consultation. Once we were done, she reassured me and gave a thorough explanation of her plan for future care.

I can’t recommend her high enough, thanks again Dr Patel.

Dr Patel saw me as a last minute appointment when I was having severe tooth ache, and I couldn't be happier I found her. She is very professional and very knowledgeable. She patiently answered all my questions and gave clear instructions on what I needed to do at home for my tooth. When my tooth acted up again, she happily saw me again on the weekend for a quick check. If I had not moved interstate, I would stay with this practice for good. Her staff are also very lovely! Happy customer!

My family and I having been seeing Dr Patel for our regular check ups (and the odd filling) for many years. She is a caring dentist and we all appreciate her years of experience. You need to be able to trust your dentist’s advice (it’s hard to check if you really need that recommended filling). Dr Patel provides straight forward professional advice and no ‘upselling’. I look forward to seeing Dr Patel for many more years.

Many years ago I broke a tooth on a Saturday and Sushma Patel was already climbing in her car to go home; she got out, opened her surgery and attended to my tooth. I was not a patient of hers at the time, but I
switched and she has been my dentist since then.
She is attentive to detail, very pleasant and charges reasonable rates.
